Wow, that is a fantastic question...! I mean- how freaking cool would that be? :D
I have no idea.
The new zo image with the bracers doesn't use the same base colour as the helmet on dwarfs unfortunately.
Untrue?

I seem to recall that Skirwan's bracers are taintless...

Yeah but in the race choosing hall(?) they are dark brown while the dwarf helmets are tan. So diffrent base colour.

There are many different colors in the base sprites that happen to end up set the same way for the various 'base color schemes' (taintless, normal, newbie).

The trend in recent years has been towards giving players more options to customize these 'accessory colors' -- dwarf helmets, weapon colors -- which is pretty cool. But the CL engine and base character sprites still have a fair degree of flexibility that isn't exposed in the game.
“However,” said Dumbledore, speaking very slowly and clearly so that none of them could miss a word, “you will find that I will only truly have left this school when none here are loyal to me.”

Easy easy easy to fix. Recolor the bracers with the accessory colors. Not the shirt greens, the brighter set of greens.
