Re: Ranger fanfic: morph special powers trainer.

If I was a zu (morph I have) I'd want to sprout new zu, in morph form. If I was a hellebore (morph I'm getting) I'd want to pull fallens to me, which I thought would be way cooler than attacking at range :) I first got befriend because I wanted to try this out.. Friend a bore, move it to the group, ...

Re: Radius Healing: Answers Demanded

NOt seeing the effect in Kitlin's test. Thought for sure it was heavily decreased, but maybe it had todo with reaching cap of healed people.. I can't speak to this so I'll leave it to healers

Re: Radius Healing: Answers Demanded

We saw evidence of a healer nerf tonight in new area. It appears that you lose a very significant chunk of radius when you add people to the circle.. I don't see a purpose of this, and agree with Suu'ub that it should go back to the way it was.

Re: Idea for gameplay: milestone achievements

Yeah totally! I was only using fighter examples, but easily applied to mystics and healers.. Get an achievement for healing 100 people past LMS fallen... Get 5 people in a radius... raise 10000 fallens.. raise 500 acolytes.. limitless applications. As for figuring out your progress.. hmm what if gra...

Idea for gameplay: milestone achievements

So yeah this is an idea lifted from many popular games nowadays... Basically give rewards for defeating numbers of enemies, or for falling a certain number of times.. basically lifetime achievements. They don't need to be retroactive, they can all start at the same time for everyone... basically thi...

v780 update problems

I spoke with some others and they don't seem to have this problem, but when I downloaded the update I can't seem to open it at all. As soon as I open it it forcequits and asks if I want to relaunch. I tried downloading an entire new client no luck. I have an older mac, 10.5.8, not sure why it won't ...

Re: The Lack of Healers is Caused by Economics

dont let me interrupt the pointless debating, but seems like problems with healers amount to simple issues. The thread seemed to attempt to outline some conceptual basis for changes, which although is a good idea, is likely already known by those who develop the game. So the issue remains.. if makin...

Healer Ideas (yup I went there)

yes its a new thread.. thought fresh meat would continue the discussion for healer thinking. Ok so one is one I've said before.. but I still maintain it would be fun: Healer turn undead power.. Make the undead monster run away from you while using moonstone/cad or ask. If they enter the radius, they...

Re: Estuary mountain

hmm a work around would be to remove the eligibility to get credit for the tag unless you are unmorphed while doing so. Adds a bit of the notion that if you cant hit it normally, you cant study it as easily. IMO that would be a fair trade, and save time for the party over all, as well as making hunt...

Re: Estuary mountain

sounds like you guys are talking about the same probs you find in D&D which is.. finding a group of people who share similar gaming styles so you can all play in a compatible manner. Not so much a prob with game mechanics as much as a diversity of tastes and personalities trying to mingle and have f...

Re: Estuary mountain

I just went on this hunt recently for the first time and really enjoyed it. Personally when it comes to tagging, as a fighter that closes his eyes and swings wildly (wiffs alot), I prefer to not hold up the hunt trying to tag, and instead get them where I can and encounter more beasts.. more monster...
