Re: Prelude to a Farewell

By the way things are going these days, it may be many moons before I'd be ready to unfurl my sails to catch the wind! So, don't you worry, you'll have some time with me yet.

Thanks for those people because they are Clan Lord too.

Prelude to a Farewell

Warmest greetings to you, my dear friends. Seasons have come and seasons have went, the sun and the snow have embraced us all time and time again. All these passings have pained me, I miss you all. Some measure time in seconds and minutes, but I measure it by memories. Thus, I feel so far away now, ...

Re: The Slyph and Trymon music contest!

I am sorry that I missed your deadline Swanky. The winds of change came by and I had to follow them, I hope to have something written for you but I can make no guarantees. This wind I followed took me into a land far away, I do not know when I'll be able to make it back. I am doing well though, and ...

Hey Swanky,

Do you have a preference for the length of the piece?

Re: Music Class

Seeing as most people's schedules are tough to fit together, I will continue the class one on one.

Just get in touch with me either here or in the game and we'll work something out.

Re: Paying for Selective Untrainning.

If you are paying out of your pocket to be able to untrain, a 20% loss of ranks seems unfair.

Yes, but with no penalty.

***NOTICE***

I had to postpone the class today on the 5th, not enough people were able to attend... and I was short on sleep. We'll try to make this happen some other time!

Re: Music Class

Hey everybody!

There will be no class this weekend, seeing as it is halloween. I am thinking the next one will be November 5th (Saturday). The specific time TBA - but likely around PDT late afternoon / EDT evening / UTC late night.

Re: Music Class

I had thought that the notes on their own would not be very helpful. I planned to combine them with lesson #1 and post them together later. But since it seems as tho you want them.. I'll do that now :) Guinness exclaims, "Alright, I'll describe - briefly - the process that can make writing music a w...

Re: Music Class

First class went well! We skimmed over the programs one can use to write music. I made a visionstone of it in case you missed it: http://www.mediafire.com/?7ngi9gu3qb97u9g If you need the notes I presented for this class, just ask me and I'll send em to ya. Next class we will go over how to convert ...

Hi! Ever get tired of typing all the commands to take instruments out from your case and put them back in and equip your music folder and sift through the pages and... Yeah, you know.. So, here is my solution to cut down on typing all those burdensome commands: "/play" { setglobal initleft @my.left_...

Music Class

Hey everyone! It has come to my attention that there are a few of you out there who want to try your hand at being a bard in Clan Lord. I'd like to help you make that happen! We'll start off with some very basic stuff, go over the "nuts and bolts". Anyone is welcome! I'll probably have the classes s...
