Re: the Emperor.

Something so significant that people who still come out of the Library regularly would have to drag people who've been in the Library for years out to help, and they'd be reluctant at first, then really glad they were there for the glorious battle. That make any sense? btw, hiya Odes! :P and hiya al...

Free players don't get to buy houses, personalize their skin, clothing, tattoos etc, and can't buy specialized weapons, or train in subclasses, including things like bard. Advertise the game as free without mentioning those limitations. Put the limitations in the user license that nobody reads anyho...

No, Michael is not "by far" the extreme side of this. Zen was vocally loathing PM and PMF long before Michael, and my feelings haven't changed nor will they, e'er we see the mainland.

Howdy all. Long time no see. :-D

I think that bandwidth consumption is less of an issue here than that Clan Lord area design is based around the current window size -- if you were able to see farther, it would give you a tactical advantage over anyone playing with a small window in addition to exposing many rough edges hidden just...

I don't have a problem with newbies being lured to the Arena and killed, not by snerts, not by RPers, not by RWs. CL has always needed more conflict... SC, would you have a problem with someone other than Icy roleplaying an evil character by luring newbies to the arena and killing them? It's been aw...

Re: What is ClanLord?

Which brings me to the obvious question: what the heck's up with the gemstone mine? Can't those poor gnomes just die already? If someone could smack the responsible GM upside the head for me, I'd be most appreciative. This has been a pet peeve of mine for...gosh...years. Caddrel sat in TC shortly b...

For no apparent reason, your browser has turned clean XML into HTML based garbage. Script aborted.
I'm running Firefox 1.0.4.
I just gotta say, that's error message poetry. I haven't seen that one, but now I ACHE to.

On CL3D: Too many people seem to be confusing "3D" with "1st person". My preference for this is something like WC3, which has the same 3rd person viewpoint that CL has. But it'll be a ton of work getting there, and there's plenty of other things that need to be done first. (Not that I have any infl...
