Re: CL don't start since update

I've found another workaround that does not require duplication, but it probably is even more difficult. Right click the icon-less clan lord app, show package contents, and navigate to : Contents > MacOS > ClanLord Doubleclick "ClanLord" (terminal should launch) Terminal will run a command to launch...

Re: move with lag

I'm also seeing some client lag on my new iMac 21.5 inch with i7! 0 packets lost, but my movement seems to stop and start as it pleases. Just restarted to see if it will fix itself.

Re: Scaling multiplier for share exp

Believe me, I'm not running back to Clan Lord to pick up religion. They have churches for that. And I'm not running to those, either.

Re: PF is Still Broken Thread #183418910193billion

But what kind of sense does it make for someone who's trained full pathfinding to one day (and for several days, months, whatever) be able to find a pathway into or out of an area (basically, you know where a door is) and then one random day, you don't know where it is again? It's like PF Alzheimer...

Re: GMs: "Persistent" world?

The story provided substantial interest for a bunch of people. The long term problem with story and using the world as a "stage" without integrating the changes is that it breaks world SOD. If we don't have the resources to integrate the story into the world, it's better than nothing. But every RP ...

Re: New Splash Screen

Hell, I'd like a representation of the various active clans to be on the splash screen. Proto-public spheres are what make up Clan Lord, after all. Celebrate them before even connecting to the world.

Re: Tune ranger subclass qualification

As far as I know, completing hunting challenges before 3rd circle is not detrimental to your ranger progress; they are added, and once you pass third circle they are "revealed."

Re: Alternatives to deteriorating

Lori could have spent those 800 ranks with Sespus instead and boosted that fighter to a situation where he wouldn't have fallen. Suu'ub III could have trained 300 more Faustus and made damn sure he healed faster than that pack of Gloamings was doing damage. Since the end result is a chain ride to t...

Re: Alternatives to deteriorating

not to take away anything from some of these neat ideas buuuut we do have something, an evil item, that can make you need significantly less horus to raise someone, tho they are hard to get, break, and can only be used in certain spots. That's the whole point- "only used in certain spots." The alta...

Alternatives to deteriorating

Horus is cool. It's a great idea that I haven't seen in any other game- and it adds a new level of tactical consideration to hunts with monsters dealing projectile damage. But I have to wonder- how far is too far? Today after a Scarmis Queen Chamber rescue, several of the fallens had been acid drenc...
